  • Where do you ship? How long does it take to process an order before it is dispatched?

Currently, we are only shipping within United States of America. It may take about a week for us to process an order before it is dispatched.

  • Do you ship packages internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at the moment due to COVID-19.

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We accept returns on all unopened products except custom made gifts. We also do not accept exchange for any product or custom made gifts.

  • How long is my purchase eligible for return?

Customers have 7 day to return an item from the date it is received.

  • Can I return/exchange a custom made gift?

No, custom made gift cannot be returned or exchanged due to it was custom made for your purchase. If there is a mistake on the custom order, such as it being made incorrectly, please contact us.
