We are unable to accept returns or make exchanges. All sales are final.

 

RETURNS

For the safety concerns of A Bear’s Gift and our customers, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges at the moment due to Covid-19. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at abeargifts@gmail.com.

HANDMADE & CUSTOM MADE RETURNS

Handmade products made by Bear are not returnable and all sales are final.

Custom gifts are not eligible for return or exchange due to its custom made feature. If a custom gift is faulty or improperly made or deliver in damage, please contact our support system or email at abearsgift@gmail.com for further help with your order. Make sure to submit your order # and a photo of the product in question to open a conversation on how we can make this right.

EXCHANGES

Currently, A Bear’s Gift is not accepting exchange for any products or custom made items. We are a small business, with a small inventory, and may not have another item to exchange with. There are no returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at abeargifts@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available at the moment. Refunds would require products to be returned to us. However, we are currently not accepting returns due to COVID-19.
