Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19:

We take the health concerns surrounding the Coronavirus very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues with the health and safety of our workers, customers, and communities.

For a safety environment for us and our customers: workers are required to process orders with clean hands, practice good hygiene, work areas are cleaned prior and during the handling of merchandise and packaging, soften used surfaces and tools are wiped and sanitized daily.

This process is to help our customers feel reassured that everyone’s safety and their products were handled in a clean environment.

Shipping Service Related Impact Due to Covid-19:

Delivery carriers have informed us of delays due to record-breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures and safety concerns, staffing and resources, as well as weather events. Your order may be impacted by these delays.

Not all delivery services can guarantee regular or on-time shipping estimates given the current global situation as they accommodate the increased service demands with mail and parcel, delivery of holiday-level volumes of mail, and limited staff.

Due to a shortage of staffs and Covid-19, the given package delivery dates are only estimations and are not guaranteed. The days will be estimated in business days and does not include weekends/holidays. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

When tracking your package:

  • If your tracking shows a label has been created:
    Our shop has printed a shipping label for the customer’s package and is or will be handed over to our carrier, USPS. If the package has not been scanned by the carrier for delivery, the tracking information may still display that the label has only been created. Many carrier facilities are operating at full capacity with a backlog of scanning packages due to limited staff. There may not be updated tracking events for customers to check on until the parcel has been scanned and sorted, or is Out for Delivery.
  • If your order is in transit:
    Kindly note that your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date due to the world circumstances beyond their control as carriers quarantine some packages. There may not be updated tracking events for you to check on until your parcel is Out for Delivery.
